Apartments are located on the premises of the sanatorium & hotel complex Arka Medical SPA which offers many attractions: Panorama Cafe - cafe on the 11th floor with revolving platform, rehabilitation base, biological regeneration base, beauty parlour, swimming pools with salt water, cinema, theatre.
The object is monitored, parking is guarded, reception is open 24 hours a day.
